Delivery Policy

Delivery format

Deliverables are handed over as files and access notes: campaign plans, asset files, creator briefs, reports and account documentation. Nothing is delivered only verbally, and nothing is locked inside our workspace.

Schedule

Start dates and review points are set in the scope. A launch campaign usually starts within two weeks of a signed scope, provided the product, the claims and the shelf date are settled. Where a date cannot be met, we say so before the scope is signed rather than after.

What you need to provide

Product samples or product information, existing brand assets where they exist, access to the ad accounts and analytics the campaign will run in, and a decision maker available at the review points named in the schedule.

If a date cannot be met

Delays caused by us are fixed at no extra cost or credited against the next month. Delays caused by outstanding access, samples or approvals move the schedule by the same number of days, and the new dates are confirmed in writing.

Have a date in mind?

Send it with the brief. We will tell you honestly whether it is reachable before you commit to anything.
