Claims before channels

Before a channel plan exists, we write down what the product can honestly claim: the texture, the finish, the ingredient story, the price position and the customer it is actually for. Campaigns that start from a claim the product cannot support cost more to run and do less, because the second purchase never happens.

Briefs, not scripts

A creator brief states the claim that must not be altered, the points that must appear and the disclosure requirements for the market. Everything else is theirs. Scripted posts read as advertisements and perform like advertisements, which is not what seeding is for.

How results are reported

Reports work backwards from money. For each channel: what was spent, what came back, the cost per result, and the version of creative that produced it. Where attribution is uncertain, the report says so and states the range rather than the flattering end of it.

What we do not do

We do not buy followers, engagement or reviews. We do not run campaigns on claims a product cannot support. We do not promise rankings, virality or revenue figures. We do not hold accounts or assets back: they belong to the brand from the day they are produced.

Confidentiality

Formulations, launch dates, pricing and results are used for the engagement you commissioned. They are not shared with another brand, and they are not used for our own marketing without written permission.

Declining work

Where an engagement is declined, the reason is given in writing: a claim that cannot be supported, a category we do not know well enough, or a date that cannot honestly be met.

Questions about the working rules

Who approves the creative before it runs?

You do. Campaign builds and assets are reviewed by you before anything is published or spent. We will flag what we think is weak, but the decision to run stays with the brand.

Can you work with our existing agency or studio?

Yes. Where a studio or an in-house team already produces assets, we plan the campaign and brief them rather than duplicating. The report then covers the channels we ran.

What happens if a campaign underperforms?

The report says so, with the numbers and the creative behind it, and the next plan is written against that result. We do not reset the baseline or present a partial month as a trend.

Read the rules, then decide

If the way we work fits how your brand makes decisions, the first step is the brand and channel audit.
