Frequently Asked Questions

Questions cosmetics brands ask

Do you work with brands outside cosmetics?

Occasionally, where the product has a strong visual and an ingredient or formulation story, which is what the desk is built around. The default is cosmetics, skincare, haircare and personal care.

Which markets do you run campaigns in?

The scope names the markets. The channels and the reporting are set up per market, because creator pricing, platform mix and consumer law differ between them and a single plan copied across markets wastes budget.

Do you handle the media budget?

The budget is paid to the platforms from accounts you own. We manage the spend inside those accounts and report on it; we do not invoice media on your behalf or take a percentage of it.

Can you take over a campaign that is already running?

Yes, and it is often the fastest start. The audit covers the current campaign as it stands, including what has already been spent and what it has returned, before anything is changed.

What do you need from us to start?

A product that can be described honestly, someone who can approve scope and creative, and access to the ad accounts and analytics the campaign will run in. Everything else we can build.

How does wholesale pricing work for several engagements?

From two units of the same engagement the rate becomes 85% of the listed fee, with a minimum order of $500. It applies to brands and distributors ordering several campaigns or a retainer together.

Do you run promotions and discounts for retailers?

Yes, where the campaign includes retail or distributor promotion: promotional mechanics, retailer-facing assets and the calendar are scoped as part of the launch campaign rather than added afterwards.
